25Live is used to manage reservable spaces and web calendar events.
Academic reservations are automatically created based on data from J1. This update happens every 30 minutes.
Faculty and Staff can request room reservations.
HVAC is scheduled using data from 25Live.
The web calendar is published using data from 25Live.
The Admissions User Lookup is used by admissions counselors to view login information for prospective students that have EMU accounts. They use the information to assist with setting up their password.
The Broadcast Message System is used to send email to defined groups of EMU faculty, staff and students. It is also use to manage user preference for broadcast email.
CashNet is used for online payments.
Can parents view statements, make payments and check balances?
Here are instructions for setting up an authorized user:
Login to your my.emu.edu account
Click on the Accounts Tab
Under the Accounts Tab click on “View My EMU Account Online”
Click once more on “View My EMU Account Online” on the next page.
You will now be on your online personal payment/statement portal. This will have your name at the top left and your current balance due top right.
Click on “My Account” (first option on the left).
Under the “Payers” header click on “Send a Payer Invitation”
This will bring a side bar pop out to the right.
Enter the required (red asterisk) data for the person you would like to have access to your statements and online account.
Once you have entered their information click “Send Invitation” (Dark grey button at the bottom right).
This will then send an email to the person you would like to have access. The email will have a link, login and a temporary password to help set up the online portal.
Cbord manages door access and ID card creation.
Concur is used to submit expense reports and credit card statements.
The dining hall menu application displays the daily offerings in the EMU Dining Hall.
Event Attendance is used to collect attendance information for convocation points.

The Faculty Loading worksheet is used to assign faculty to course offerings for each academic year. Loading worksheet opens in January and closes mid-February. Faculty Loading process is a managed by the Faculty Process & Procedure sub-team of the Data Systems and Governance Committee in collaboration with the deans offices, associate provost office and information systems.
The Fitness Center Membership Tracking application is used to manage memberships.
Front Rush is used by the Athletics department to facilitate recruiting athletes.
InfoMaker is used by J1 users to create and run reports using J1 data.
EMU utilizes J1 for the following areas:
Jira Service Desk is a work order and project management system.
LibCal is used to manage reservation and checkout of loaner equipment.
Maxient is used by Student Life to manage behavior records.
Medicat is used by Health Services for electric health records management.
The Post Office Package Tracking application is used to process packages received by the EMU mail room for delivery to EMU faculty, staff and students.
